Today I'm sharing a small canvas which embraces love of a mother to her child. I thoroughly enjoyed working on this and I'm happy to share with you all. Colour Blue is something which we all love to work on and it amuses every time I do some trial with it....so here we go........

I have used 8x8 canvas, Dusty Attic - Oceania Blue, Dusty Attic - Chippie Ticket, Lindy's Caribbean Blue - spray, Lindy's Jassy Jivin Purple, WOW EP- Silver, TCW- Gabbi's Crackle Stencil, Momento - Dye ink Blue, Sea shells, Handmade clay flowers, Metal Charms, Cheese cloth, Negative Chippies, Border chippies, Papericious - Swirl & Botanical chippies, star shaped rhinestones,Ranger- Clear Crackle, Prima Heavy Gesso - Black & white, Prima - Art stones, Resin Frame, mini glass jar, CherryLynn - die cuts mini flowers, glitter balls, few flat large pearls & Melange.

I cut all the negatives of the chippies in different uneven shapes and stuck it to the canvas, then stuck resin frame, shells, flowers, stuck botanical and swirl chippies. Gave a brush of heavy black gesso and allowed to dry. Now playtime........started playing with sprays, acrylic wash, textured with gesso, dry brushing till I finally was satisfied with the textures showing up and finally embellished with flowers - diecut, melange, heat embossed the sentiment and also set my own quote, printed and stuck it on to the LO......also lastly for a finish..took few mermaid printout and fussy cut and stuck them too in the end highlighted the edges with Momento Dye ink - Blue.......viola............this is it.......

I truly loved the mood board colours in the blog's listed here and wanted to give it a shot where I can play around with all the colours in the mood board required for the challenge and play with textures....also had to keep in mind where I can show & balance in one piece everything required for the challenge....... so this is what I came up with.
