Vintage - ATCs

Hello Guys....

I have created ATC's today - Artist Trading Card for my DT work with ItsyBitsy  and I have a tuto as well.......you can see it here.

I have used packing material corrugated sheets as ATCs, added gesso, embossing paste, Lindys sprays, Prima acrylic paints, stamped images vintage, wooden chippies gears and keys heat embossed, micro glitter, molds and alcohol inks.

B my SUNSHINE!!

Hello Lovely Souls.....

Today I have a lovely LO to share with you all. This is a very special one as I have been wanting to work on 7Dots collections and never got a chance to work with these lovely papers......but got them as my prize win and truly wanted to make some gorgeous work.  I know most of the crafty friends over there love to work with them and I'm no different..... so here it is.

I have worked this LO for More than Words challenge.......as this month the challenge is about color Yellow and it depicts happiness, joy, intellect....energy I wanted to depict all these in this little piece of art which I have shared here as my happiness and hence loved making. Right from the focal image and the colors......brightness in the LO was truly magical....enjoyed creating this LO and worked out of my comfort zone toooo......and I love challenging myself on every piece I work as this has made me come so far. 

I have used Clear gesso, Acrylic base.....yes incorporated this and added alcohol inks, fussy cut flowers and diecuts elements, wooden chippies were heat set with Lindys EP -Midas gold and Black  - Yelling Yellow, Cowbunga Copper, Hag Wart Orange shimmer spray & Lindys Magical shakers for background, Prima diecuts, Acrylic embossed sheet was cut and added with alcohol inks and rubbed with Viva gold for more shine. Added some more sparkle with micro fine Finnabair glitters and art stones, Kaisercraft rubons.

Heaven Embrace me - Hell Break Lose!!

Hello Dearies.....

I have specially worked this project for Mia's blog and I truly love the chippies and their new launch and have always wanted to work with someone who is in this business and would like to take this opportunity to showcase my work.

I loved the way all the elements and the mood board jelled here. I was drawn by the focal pic as it had a lady embarrassing the sky or rather calling out for the heaven. We usually go through so many dark and light moments in life.........and after facing all the ups and downs we do feel yes this is the last let me fly away to heaven and just not come back. .... so this work was all the emotions a woman goes through and yet we fight the world and the inner emotions.......so this is for all those strong  women who fight it out.  Hope this inspires you all over there.

I have worked on an 9x12 canvas with some Heavy black gesso, Lindy's Time Travel teal, Bavarian Blue, Frozen Jack forest, added on some KaiserCraft Rubons, stamped the background with Invisible stamps - Drangonfly stamp and heat set it with  Black forest Black EP, added few stamped vellum flowers which were also heat set with Lindys EP, few diecut flowers, metal charm, wooden chippies were heat set with Lindys EP - Blackforest Black EP and Golden Angel Wings EP, finally added splatters with white acrylic and finally added Diamond Dust for extra shine and sparkle for the soul of this LO.
