Hello Ladies.......

I'm back with our new month's challenge for Words & Paintery blog and we have a lovely color palatte to play along this month and do hop on the blog post for some lovely inspiration by our talented bunch of DT Gals.

I have used a normal frame which I was hording for quite sometime now and these lovely colors made me work on the frame which was a real treat couldnt miss this.... lovely hues of grey nd blue with a white!!

Well.......I have gessoed the frame and added all the needed embelishments like a negative chippie was adhered, resin flowers, resin corners, artstones, Timholtz distress clear crackle, rose pollens, fussy cut flowers n butterflies were adhered, a big feather chippie from ItsyBitsy - Little birdie was also gessoed and adhered,  CCB (Corps Canvas Board) glimmer mist sprays- Vintage blue Terra cotta were used here, oval metal charm frame and tiny hearts were adhered with heavy matt gel, Dusty Attic Memories - Ticket was heat set with Lindys - Clearly clear EP, Tilt a wheel teal EP, Black forest Black were heat set and dont forget to miss out the marble effect on the ticket. (Im in love with this new technique)!! Finally everything was dry brushed with white gesso. Loved the crackle effect on the frame too!!!

Altered Wine Glass

Hello Ladies....

Today I'm sharing a altered old wine glass for our Crew challenge at Canvas Corp Brands. The challenge was to use SOMETHING like which is borrowed, something old or new.....and something blue. So here I choose this altered wine bottle with some frame moulds hand made, added some art stones, crackle paste and gessoed it ......now played with some lovely Tattered angels sprays on the glass for the vintage look. I have used CCB products - Glimmer mist - Dragonfly, Patina and dry brushed with white gesso for highlights.

Love on Bottle!!

Hi Dearies

Today I share nothing unusual but an altered bottle with little decoupage work on it and more texture all over.
I was quite happy with the challenge with Mixed Media And Art blog - Stage II and all these lovely talented gals always happen to come up with something innovative and its a big thanks that they try to bring the best out of we creative art lovers and push ourselves to do something a bit more creative work and stretch ourselves out of our shells and make some magic.

For this stage II, I have used a glass bottle and created this little art and though you  guys would have seen many people doing this art .......this was my first kind....and quite enjoyed doing this bit. Here I have used decoupage technique with real stones, Prima White n black gesso, Fabrika Decoru's Magic paints for more sheen and color and also shine......they are absolutely fabulous, Wendy Vicchi - Crackle Texture paste, Viva gold for extra shine, Chalk inks- Papericious, Prima Art Stones for more texture, Art Anthology - stone paste.
