Love on Bottle!!

Hi Dearies

Today I share nothing unusual but an altered bottle with little decoupage work on it and more texture all over. 

I was quite happy with the challenge with Mixed Media And Art blog - Stage II and all these lovely talented gals always happen to come up with something innovative and its a big thanks that they try to bring the best out of we creative art lovers and push ourselves to do something a bit more creative work and stretch ourselves out of our shells and make some magic.

For this stage II, I have used a glass bottle and created this little art and though you  guys would have seen many people doing this art .......this was my first kind....and quite enjoyed doing this bit. Here I have used decoupage technique with real stones, Prima White n black gesso, Fabrika Decoru's Magic paints for more sheen and color and also shine......they are absolutely fabulous, Wendy Vicchi - Crackle Texture paste, Viva gold for extra shine, Chalk inks- Papericious, Prima Art Stones for more texture, Art Anthology - stone paste.

Journals - Mixed media

Hi Dearies.....

Today I have two journals which I created for Mixed Media Supplies Blog......here I have used the  digital printables which you can create in any form you need.

Here I have used canvas texture sheet and printed the digital paper and the printables.  I have distressed using stencil with archival inks and stamped Prima Letters texture stamp and heat embossed with Lindy's Black forest black and have used metallic magic paint blue and acrylic white splatters, hand wrote the sentiment and heat embossed the printable with Ranger emboss pen for more dimension.

Autumn Princess- Mishika

Hello...Dearies..

Its festival season over here .....everyone celebrating Diwali - Festival of Lamps. Everywhere so colorful with lamps and brightness......showers of happiness everywhere. I wish you all guys a very 

HAPPY DIWALI

Today I'm sharing  new work which I have scrapped for my dear friend's new born baby MISHIKA .....she's a cute little darling...and this is one way that I could show my love to my dear friend and her cutie pie. I choose this happy moment pic as my focal image and choose to play for Lindy's challenge.

I have worked on canvas with Prima Heavy white gesso, run through the stencil with TCW-Wood grain stencil, for sprays I have used Hag's Wart Orange, Franken Lime and Blazing Black, toned them with spray misty for dark and light shades and I love the shimmer Hag's Wart Orange has on my canvas......hopefully my camera has captured it.  I have used more fussy cut flowers from Sherry Baldy's - My Besties Collection with Besties images, layered with DCWV - Autumn collection paper pack, Fabrika Decoru's chippies and autumn collection die cuts, autumn leaves stamps -stamped with Archival Orange blossom ink, few golden beads and pearls, Golden EP, finishing with some black acrylic splatter.

Pagóni Omorfiá - Peacock Beauty

Hi Dearies....

Today we have a new challenge coming up for this month with Words& Paintery Challenge Blog. And the color board is

Wondering with the colors...........oooo we have obviously replaced Autumn colors with Dark Blue, Green and Gold shimmer.....So are you guys ready for this new challenge.  Hop on to our blog and enjoy lovely inspirations from our fabulous DT's @ Words & Paintery Blog.

I have used a thick chipboard, applied with Prima Heavy black jesso stenciled with Prima Spark Stencil, few chipboard negatives, Dream catcher chippie from Papericious, few other chippies from my stash, handmade clay flowers and foam flowers, metal charms, corrugated sheet, Prima Waxes for highlights, Viva Gold for that extra sparkle, flower sequences, rhinestones, mini glitter n pearl balls, peacock feathers for decorating this LO.  I have given the name of the title from Latin derived name as PEACOCK BEAUTY!!
